Here Kitty Kitty Rescue (HKKR) is dedicated to rescuing abandoned & homeless cats and kittens in Elkhart Indiana. It is our mission to find them a loving furever home. ❤️
HKKR was founded by Jennifer (center), whose love of cats began at a young age. She worked with many different rescues and missions over the course of her life. This assisted her with the decision to build her own rescue. She knew there was a great need for a cat rescue in the Elkhart, Indiana area. Thus, Here Kitty Kitty Rescue was born
Over the years, Jennifer realized that the rescue could be a sanctuary for “non-adoptable” kitties as well. HKKR gives the kitties with medical or behavioral issues a forever home. They can live out their lives without the fear of being thrown out or abandoned.
Brittany (left) began fostering for the rescue in 2020. Now, Brittany comes to the rescue to volunteer after she gets off from her full-time job. She is known as the gardener and maintenance woman. Brittany helps with various cleaning tasks at the rescue as well.
